i was pretty skeptical about buying the wii fit until i was at the mall the other day and they had it in the center  with a live demo so i went down and gave it a try...I am a grown adult and i would just like to say you can break a mean  sweat and have alot of fun at the same time....i would recommend this to anyone who wants to shed a few pounds in the privacy of there own home....and if you have a family you can have a fun family game.
